Dr. Simranjeet Kaur Sandhar is Associate Professor in the area of Finance. She has rich experience of 18 years out of which 15 years of teaching and administrative experience. She has experience of working with most of the leading brands in management education.

Before joining IIMR she was associated with Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore. Dr. Simranjeet also worked as a faculty with Amity Global Business School, Indore.

Dr. Simranjeet is an alumnus of Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. She has received her doctoral degree from the Jiwaji University in 2009. Her inclination in the area of research is towards stock market trends, investment management, working capital management, corporate finance, etc. Recently, she has been awarded with the “Best Teacher Award” by Madhya Pradesh Private University Regulatory Commission, Bhopal.

She is a regular contributor in the field of research. She has to her credit two edited books and 80 published research papers in refereed National and International high impact factor and SCOPUS indexed journals. Dr. Rakshita Puranik is Ph.D and MBA(APR) from DAVV, Indore. She is Associate Professor and Head of PG Department. She has rich experience of Fifteen years of teaching and Industry experience. Her areas of interest include Advertising and Marketing. She has more than thirty five publications to her credit in national and international journal. She is a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor of Management in Devi Ahilya University, Indore. Dr. Anuradha Pathak is Associate Professor and HOD for MBA programme. Prior to which she has been the departmental Head of BBA(FT) at IIMR for 2.5 years. Completed Masters in International Business with distinction, she has been awarded Ph.D in Management and has qualified UGC – NET in Management. Her interest in the area of economics led her to do Masters in Economics also. A motivator and a mentor, she has a rich academic experience of 15 years. An avid researcher, she has to her credit 1 edited book, more than 20 research papers in national/international journals and around 15 research papers in conference proceedings. Dr. Pooja Srivastava is working as Associate Professor Marketing and Head of Department BBA. She is a committed educationist, researcher, coordinator and mentor with 12 years of experience at prestigious management institutions like ICFAI, IILM, PIBM. Being an avid researcher and orator she builds effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment. Dr. Maya Rathore is an Associate Professor. She has experience of 14.5 years of teaching and administrative experience including one year industry experience. She is a reviewer member of various international journals and conferences like Taylor & Francis, IGI Global, Springer, ACM etc. She is also a life time member of IAENG society.

She has received her Master’s in Computer Applications from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University, Bhopal, and PhD in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya University, Indore.
